When success no longer feels like enough.

You've built a successful career. You've made good decisions. Yet something isn't working the way it used to.

Whether you're considering a career change, building a business, or simply wondering what's next, I'll help you understand how you're wired, uncover what's keeping you stuck, and build a path that actually fits who you are.

Take the Personal Alignment Assessment

Maybe you're asking yourself:

Why does work feel harder than it used to?

What do I actually want next?

Should I stay or leave?

How can I grow without burning out?

Is entrepreneurship the path for me?

Why do I keep repeating the same patterns?

What if I'm climbing the wrong ladder?

Why I Do This Work

For more than 20 years, I built a career I was proud of. I worked for some of the world's biggest brands, built incredible teams, delivered award-winning work and achieved more success than I thought was possible.

And yet... there was always this quiet question in the back of my mind:

Is this really the life you want?

For years, I assumed the answer was the next opportunity, title, or challenge. Something new would quiet the question for a while, but it always came back.

Over time, my definition of success started to change. I became less interested in what looked impressive, and more interested in building a life I actually wanted to live.

Finding Alignment

A few years ago, I discovered Human Design, and it gave me language for things I had sensed about myself for years but had never fully understood.

It became one of several tools that helped me separate who I actually was from who I had learned to be in order to succeed.

That distinction changed a lot for me.

I had spent years helping organizations understand how they worked best. Eventually I realized I needed to give myself the same attention.

I stopped asking, “Who do I need to become?”

And started asking, “What if I built around who I already am?”

That question sits at the center of the work I do with clients today.

How I Work

Most coaching starts with goals.

I start with understanding.

Before we decide what comes next, we look at how you operate, what gives you energy, what drains you, the patterns influencing your decisions, and the assumptions you may have carried for years without questioning.

I draw from more than 20 years of leadership experience, behavioral and strengths assessments, Human Design when useful, and the realities of your actual life.

The point is not to fit you into another framework.

It is to understand you well enough to make better decisions about what comes next.

My role isn’t to tell you who to become. It’s to help you see yourself more clearly so you can build from there.

My Approach

Behavioral Assessments

StrengthsFinder, DISC, MBTI, Kolbe, communication styles, and other frameworks where appropriate. We'll use what you already have, or I'll recommend what you should gather.

Leadership Experience

Twenty years inside Fortune 100 organizations, leading teams, navigating politics, building brands, and advising executives.

Human Design

Human Design is one lens I may use to explore how you naturally make decisions, use your energy, and operate best. For some clients, it provides language for patterns they have felt for years but struggled to articulate. It is a tool for exploration, not a prescription for who you should be.

Energy Gain & Drain

Together, we identify what consistently gives you energy and what depletes it. Often, seemingly small shifts in how you spend your time can materially change how work and life feel.

True Cost

Every decision has a cost—not just financially, but in time, energy, health, relationships, and opportunity. Together, we'll uncover the tradeoffs so you can make decisions with a full understanding of what you're choosing—and what you're choosing to give up.

Where Clarity Becomes Action

Insight without action doesn't create change. Together, we'll translate everything we've uncovered into a practical 30-, 60-, and 90-day roadmap so you leave with clear priorities, actionable next steps, and the confidence to move forward.
